10w50 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 10w50 platform by all registered and unregistered users in Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the 10w50 platform via the website or mobile app, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision contained in this document, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 10w50 ("Platform", "We"). Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above who are located in Malaysia. Users accessing the platform from outside permitted jurisdictions are solely responsible for complying with their local laws.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full features of the 10w50 platform, you are required to register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account, whether with your knowledge or not, is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 10w50 immediately via customer support. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend your account for security investigation purposes.
- Registration information must be accurate and up to date at all times.
- Your password must be strong and must not be shared with anyone.
- Identity verification may be required for security or compliance purposes.
- Accounts that have been inactive for a specified period may be automatically suspended.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
10w50 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You agree not to engage in any activity that could damage, disrupt, or compromise the operation of the platform, including but not limited to cyberattacks, fraud, money laundering, or any form of system manipulation.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 10w50 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Sharing your account or allowing third parties to access it.
- Attempting to influence game outcomes through unauthorised means or fraud.
- Uploading or distributing content that is unlawful, misleading, or harmful to other users.
- Exploiting any technical bugs in the system to gain an unfair advantage.
Any breach of the above rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure, as well as forfeiture of any account balance found to be connected to fraud or illegal activity.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 10w50 platform are processed in MYR (RM). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and bank transfers to major Malaysian banks such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and RHB.
Users agree that:
- All deposits are final and non-refundable except under circumstances stipulated by platform policy.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same user's name.
- 10w50 reserves the right to request proof of identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the chosen payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
- Any attempt to process a transaction using a card or account that does not belong to the user is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
10w50 is not liable for any delays or failures in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers. Users are advised to contact customer support if they encounter any transaction-related issues.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
The 10w50 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. 10w50 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or any form of technical failure at all times. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform.
With respect to account policy, 10w50 reserves the right to:
- Temporarily suspending an account for the purpose of investigating suspicious activity or terms violations.
- Permanently closing an account if the user is found to have seriously or repeatedly violated the terms.
- Freezing account balances associated with fraudulent activity while an investigation is ongoing.
- Voiding any bonuses or winnings obtained through means that violate the platform's terms.
Users agree that 10w50's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount of the last deposit made within the 30 days preceding any claim. Any claim not filed within 90 days of the date of the incident will be deemed waived.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the 10w50 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software code, and graphic materials — is the exclusive property of 10w50 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from 10w50.
The 10w50 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as game software providers and payment processors. 10w50 is not responsible for the content, policies, or privacy practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
10w50 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest updates.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
